INSTRUCTION FOR USING NOMA 880 – CRYSTAL COATING AGENT

1. Product Introduction

Crystal Coating Agent is designed for protecting and enhancing automotive painted surfaces. It helps create a glossy protective layer on the vehicle body after the surface has been properly cleaned, prepared and dried.

This product is suitable for car owners, detailing shops, garages and trained DIY users who understand basic chemical safety procedures.

2. Suitable Surfaces

• Use only on automotive painted body surfaces.
• Do not use on glass, matte plastic, rubber, tires, interior parts, PPF, vinyl wrap or non-painted surfaces unless confirmed by the manufacturer.

3. Before Use

Before applying the product, make sure that:

• The vehicle surface is fully washed and clean.
• The paint surface is completely dry.
• The working area is cool, dry and well ventilated.
• The surface is not hot, wet or exposed to direct sunlight.
• There are no open flames, sparks or heat sources nearby.

Wear suitable protective gloves and eye protection during application.

4. How to Use

Step 1: Shake gently before use if needed.

Step 2: Apply a small amount of coating liquid onto the dedicated applicator sponge.

Step 3: Spread the coating evenly on the painted surface. Apply horizontally first, then vertically to ensure full and even coverage.

Step 4: Work panel by panel. It is recommended to start from the front of the vehicle, then move to the side panels, roof and rear section.

Step 5: After application, wait for approximately 2–5 minutes.

Step 6: When rainbow-like streaks appear on the surface, gently wipe the coated area with the included soft microfiber towel until the surface becomes clear and glossy.

Step 7: Repeat the same process for the remaining sections of the vehicle.

5. After Application

• Avoid touching the coated surface before the coating is fully cured.
• Allow approximately 24 hours for the coating to fully bond with the vehicle paint and form the final protective crystal layer.
• For best results, keep the vehicle in a dry, clean and well-ventilated area during the curing period.
• After the coating has fully bonded, maintain the vehicle according to the actual condition of the paint surface to keep it smooth and glossy.

6. Important Safety Notes

This product is a flammable liquid. Keep away from heat, sparks, open flames, hot surfaces and sources of ignition.

• Use only in a well-ventilated area.
• Avoid breathing vapor or mist.
• Avoid direct contact with skin and eyes.
• Do not smoke, eat or drink during use.
• Keep the container tightly closed after use.
• Keep out of reach of children.
• Do not use the product if you are not familiar with chemical handling or do not have proper protective equipment.

7. Storage

• Store in a cool, dry and well-ventilated place.
• Keep the bottle tightly closed.
• Avoid direct sunlight, high temperature and moisture.
• Do not store together with food, medicine or food containers.

8. First Aid

• Skin contact: Remove contaminated clothing and wash the affected area with plenty of water and soap. Seek medical attention if irritation continues.
• Eye contact: Rinse immediately with clean water for at least 15 minutes. Seek medical attention if irritation, redness or blurred vision continues.
• Inhalation: Move the person to fresh air immediately. Seek medical help if breathing difficulty or discomfort continues.
• Ingestion: Rinse mouth with water. Do not induce vomiting. Seek medical attention immediately and bring the product label or safety information if available.

9. Warning

• For external automotive use only.
• Do not ingest.
• Do not discharge into drains, rivers or the environment.
• Dispose of waste and contaminated packaging according to local hazardous waste regulations.
