INSTRUCTION FOR USING NOMA 620 – AUTOMOTIVE HEADLIGHT STAIN REMOVER
-
Polishing and Gloss: Effective polishing makes the headlight surface smooth as new and improves brightness.
-
Restore Transparency: Effectively repair scratches and oxidation on the headlight surface – Restore the transparency of the lens and improve the luminous performance of the lamp.
-
No glass corrosion: Neutral composition, no strong acid / alkali should be safe for glass and insulation film.
-
Protect and regenerate : Create a protective layer to prevent UV damage and improve the overall appearance of cars, making cars look like new.
-
Clean the glass surface thoroughly (ensure there is no dust, oil, or moisture left).
-
Shake the bottle gently before use.
-
Spray a small amount of the “restoration polishing solution” directly onto the car headlight lens (hold the bottle 15–20 cm away and spray evenly).
-
Use a sponge to rub evenly across the glass surface.
-
Apply a moderate amount of the “protective solution” onto a clean cloth.
-
Use the cloth to spread evenly over the glass surface.
-
Allow the product to air dry naturally for 5–10 minutes.
-
Cleaning: Wash the headlight surface with water and specialized soap, then dry it completely.
-
Cover: Use paper masking tape or paint masking tape to cover the areas around the headlights (such as car paint, car bumpers) to prevent the solution from contacting and damaging the paint.
-
Apply solution: Spray a moderate amount of ” restorative polish solution” (black bottle) onto the sponge or directly onto the surface of the headlights.
-
Clean: Use the supplied clean Microfiber towel or sponge to clean the headlight surface in a certain direction (horizontal or vertical).
-
Note: The purpose of this step is to remove the oxidized, yellowed and opaque from the surface.
-
Test and Repeat: Check the clarity of the light. If the light is yellow or dim, you can repeat this step.
-
Re-cleaning: After the lamp is in, use clean water to wash and dry the surface completely.
-
Apply the OGAS P solution: Take a small amount of ” protective solution” (white bottle) onto the sponge / sanitary (usually the remaining blue / black face, or another clean ).
-
Cover up the lights: Wipe ” protective solution” onto the surface of the headlights. Make sure to wipe in a single direction (absolutely no spiraling or re-wiping) to create an even coating and leave no streaks.
-
Wait to dry: Let the lamp dry completely according to the manufacturer s instructions (usually several minutes) so that the UV protective coating is fixed. Avoid exposing the lamp to water during this time.
